BEST TACOS

I've put tacos up on my page before, but these were the BEST tacos I've ever made.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pinto beans (1 can)
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Jalapeno (1 - diced)
  • Onion (1/4 - chopped)
  • Cilantro (bunch - chopped)
  • Shredded queso
  • Hot sauce
  • Corn Tortillas

Drain and rinse pinto beans. Put them in a pot on the stove with taco seasoning and a splash of water on medium heat. Continue to add small splashes of water as the beans cook until they are mash-able with a fork. Once the beans are mashed, stir in diced jalapeno. While the beans are cooking, heat tortillas in the oven. Assemble tacos - beans, queso fresca, chopped onions, cilantro, avocado, hot sauce.
