After years of not exercising, the idea of going to a gym or signing up for a class was intimidating. Alexandria has been my personal trainer for over a year and I am very impressed with the results. She is knowledgeable, detail oriented, encouraging, and authentic. She puts forth her personal best in every session. Regardless of how my day went, I always feel energized after our workouts. I am stronger, toned, and have my confidence back. I even enjoy planks! Her approach to exercise is different in the way that it is fun! She will make you work hard but you will also laugh. Choosing Alexandria as my trainer was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the last year. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been attending Alex’s boot camp classes for several years now and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone as a trainer. I’ve worked with many trainers over the years, and simply put, Alex is the best. She keeps every workout challenging and creative - and most importantly I always enjoy myself and feel amazing afterwards. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about modern training methodologies as well as nutrition habits and exercise techniques. Her enthusiasm for her work is obvious as is her commitment to her clients. My endurance, exercise performance and overall condition have vastly improved with Alex’s guidance. I’ve been working with Alex for almost a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience! I was super nervous about approaching a personal trainer or even starting any exercise program because I’ve always been very overweight and out of shape. However, Alex is super patient and encouraging, and she pushes me while knowing my limits. Each week, she has a workout tailored for me, and each week, I’m amazed at the progress-- progress that wouldn’t have happened without her coaching! I never thought I'd ever be able to do 90 squats in an hour let alone even hold a plank for more than 10 seconds, but I did-- and all thanks to Alex! Best personal trainer ever! Alex is very knowledgeable and a great motivator! For most of my adult life, I've worked out pretty consistently, but never really looked forward to the next workout. Alex's "AJF Fit From Home" #ajfFFH 1.0 program came out just when I needed it. During the first eight weeks, I built muscle and endurance. I enjoyed the program so much that I am currently in my seventh week of round two. Fitting this program into my day has been easy. This program, Alex's daily postings on Instagram, and YouTube videos have definitely made me more aware of the importance of just getting up and moving throughout the day. I look forward to starting #ajfFFH 2.0 in January!
